volume up and bluetooth button just restarts the device, it doesn't increase bass, the volume down and bluetooth enables/disables bass boost, do it once to disable and then again to enable, it doesn't matter how many times you do Bluetooth and volume up the bass will not go any higher than the default bass boosted mode.
i'm little late but that combination turns on so called low frequency mode that will break your speaker eventually not safe at all that mode isn't meant for that
+Popescu Andrei haha! it's not a copy! my trial expired i just had to write the pin again! i did and it's legit! such jobless people! if i run legit or no legit i get the fucking job done right!
I stumbled across this just trying to pair my Xtreme 2 and my charge 3 they don't seem 2 like each other but yeah that's I wouldn't recommend putting bass boost on anything unless you have efficient subwoofers which a portable speaker like this really ain't made for that so I would just leave it it also depends on what music you listen to either way the tips fine it's just I don't think these speakers were exactly made for a lot of bass I still stand behind their Clarity and efficiency though... one thing I find super easy is if you just want more Bass and you don't care a whole lot about vocals or higher / treble Acoustics look for a big ass metal mixing bowl or something put it inside turn it downwards it's going to sound more warm AKA muffled but you'll get a lot more Bass just from simple acoustics might sound really dumb but I've been trying to make my music louder my whole f****** life LOL it works and just by moving your speaker you can kind of rig it up to the sound you prefer..! I'm sure most people reading anything along these lines probably know this but you never know could make somebody's day! Obviously we all have a love for music unless you're looking for more bass on your podcast🤘
Do you have any idea how to fix. Everytime I turn the volume up more than half, the speaker shuts down. I do not know what happen but the speaker suddenly shuts down if it’s too loud. Thank you.
It's a battery problem, I suppose. Your unit's battery couldn't constantly supply the right amount of current as you take it to higher volume, hence, the current from your battery fluctuated/dropped that resulted to a sudden cutoff of power which automatically turns it off. You might wanna have it checked to its service center for further analysis. But I'm sure it was just a battery wear (maybe because of overcharging, or charging it while using). I got that very same problem with my Charge 3. I replaced it with 18650s, and now it runs like new and even longer playtime hours.
If you do the bt button and volum down one time its full freqvency mode whitout the inbuilt tune. Do it one more time and the sound is week. Then i did the bt and volume up trick and the sound is heavy and nice just like its name ;) try what i said and you understand. And even if you shut it down and start the mode is still the same. For me at least :)
Shite!! It does sound better after these steps, I recently bought mine and was feeling kinda weird! It did not seem to reset after turning the speaker off! great! sounded weird before
Mine cuts out after 5 mins so their aint No bass. I have a better solotion. Do not buy these speakers. They are of inferior quality. Proper jumble sale junk! Best solution is to buy from another company and if you live in a high rise appartment throw the jbl xtream out the window. Forget this speaker its rubbish!
