Can you cure two, three or even four shirts at a time using the heat press with teflon sheets between each shirt? Theoretically I think it may work and save time and energy. Hoping to try it as soon as I get my heat press. Can you try it and put out a video with the results? Thanks.
Yes and no. It could work, but with clam shell heat presses... the heat would not be direct on the garment. The garment would have to be close to the heating element to be sure the ink is curing evenly.
A flash dryer is needed when you print multiple colors, but I like curing my ink with heat press better. Think print is softer to the touch and looks better.
Depending on the design, I have printed minimums as low as 12 pieces. Since that is still low, I decide whether I want to bother with screen printing or vinyl.
