JCPS superintendent optimistic after massive bus overhaul 

Growing up I went to Fort Worth ISD for a little while, maybe they could try something similar to the set up they had when I went.. Elementary, Jr. High, and High School all had separate start times, middle school being the latest at 9:20 am. If I remember correctly it was more for easing congestion, but potentially could work for getting more done with resources available, congestion relief could just be an additional plus in JCPS implementation also possibly allow for restoration at all magnets
