tom servo Sadly, Kalenbach was another casualty in the ever-growing problem that has resulted from denial of healthcare to sick inmates in for-profit jails and prisons (of which, Kalenbach was incarcerated in). When they take a sick prisoner to an outside hospital, there is a chance that that inmate will not return and therefore they are losing money because inmates equal money. It is sick and disturbing. They were never going to delve i to that on the Howard Stern Show because it’s too dark and disturbing. Really a shame.
