Okay, I was half asleep when I heard this for the first time, and I just wanted to come back because it was so intense, that it was STILL on my mind. I just want to start off by saying that this piece is really dark, and really amazing. I don't think I've ever heard you talk this way. The whole complete change of character was mind-blowing and even though I've heard you do some other popularly dark characters like Silas -- I find this character to be a lot more threatening. Amazing work, Pebble -- I've been devouring your work at a super fast pace (sorry about that lol) and it's all fantastic!

Amazing! I loved it 😍 hope there's a part 2, where the Listener comes around. At first it was kinda unnerving because the listener's character traits - well the old ones - are mine as well. Sweatpants and Hoodies only, not caring about looks, gripping the sleeves when I'm nervous or anxious, a bit nerdy, likely to play (old) pc games, keeping some of my hobbies hidden, a "diary" (more of a occasional "letting out my frustration"-journal) I definitely don't want my parents to see, barely speaking and mostly communicating through gestures if possible. The friendship you described in the first part was really beautiful. Wish I had one like that. Someone you've known for a long time and trust with your deepest, darkest secrets is a wonderful person to have. (And the listener is just letting go of him?! Damn, she's stupid.) The confession was sweet - short but sweet. (Not really my cup of tea, but liked it none the less! ❤) He has noticed so many little things over the years, is always there for his best friend, likes the same kind of hobbies, knows the person's deepest thoughts and secrets, and isn't expecting her to change her look! THANK YOU! And she's saying "No"? Girl, dump that sorry a** you got to know secretly and call your "boyfriend/lover" and get together with this guy! You're not going to meet someone else as attentive as him! And that the guy she's currently dating is a sorry a** is clear as the sun's always shining. He made her change her outer appearance - which isn't bad if she wanted it or didn't feel forced to - but also he behaviour!! What a dumb bi*** she's become. Lying to her best friend, ditching him most of the time, cancelling the plans last minute... and "sorry" is all she can come up with?! For the blackmailing part - oh I'm sorry. For the "natural progression of their friendship" part... I'm kinda torn. Generally I liked it very much. Your voice and the pauses you used were just great 🥰 and the details on the diary and her secrets, that he knows of 👌🏻 but I had two sides in me fighting. My "don't care about anything" personality just thought: "Boy, just feck off! Alright do it, expose my secrets and my diary to the whole world. Believe me, it won't get much response. And you wanna get me? Please, you have to find some other game." While my "anxious, no fighting and recluse" personality just wanted to agree to anything to make him stop being angry. And was already calming down at the mentioning of cuddles 😄. Love it 🖤 if there's gonna be a part 2, I hope the Listener is coming around and starts to see what a great guy he actually is (when he's not blackmailing people 😅).
