I'm not really apart of the “nail community” but I do do nails on the side and post them on my nail page. I never tagged anyone I was inspired by because I never thought that was a thing 😭 but now I will because I realize people can take that as stealing someone's idea tho that wasn't my intention

I agree with you, I feel like the nail community is way more respectful & nicer to each other (at least publicly) than the makeup community, so when someone doesnt give credit or is catty in some way its way more disappointing.

Hey Porsche and I totally agree with what you're saying about people copying other people's work they should be giving credit like I follow not polish also and that short duck nail set that you did recently with the pink that you would pre-mixed not polish pulled that photograph and she just said whoever this person is and she's actually making a not polished acrylic to match that acrylic and she's going to sell it I think she could have gone a little further and actually looked at who you were and said your name and this is the person that needs to be credited to because she's the one who created I don't know I just thought it was kind of rude how she if she found the picture it would be linked with your name so why didn't she add you into it it's just I don't know I think it's kind of rude when people take the stuff and then act like they don't know who it's coming from but anyway I love your work and I love watching you every chance I get I watch you everyday lol❤😊❤

Hey Porche!! I have a question if you don't mind . I've been making my own press ons for myself for a few months now and your videos help me ALOT!!! I was curious to know when you make your press ons on the nail stand how do you know how much acrylic to apply to the cuticle area so it's not flooded or seems thicker than it would if the tip was placed on a natural nail and then the acrylic applied ? I struggle with making my press ons look seamless to my nail bed when I apply them after I create them and I was just wondering if you have any tips for this . Thank you !! And I love your videos and art work !! You definitely an inspiration!!!

Porche, I'm not sure if it's on my end since I'm out country or youtube but at the 39 min mark or so the vid keeps skipping around the nail art application of you creating your faded air brush look for the denim and pink French nail....I tried myself to FF and rewind it kept tripping....it stalled then skipped it move forward or something....

I absolutely hate when ppl copy others but can’t be bothered to give credit to their inspiration…. Like that’s literally admitting guilt. If you had no ill intent you’d have no reason not to give credit. I also noticed the ones who do this are usually the ones who never had the creativity to create something of their own so they’ll never know how it feels for it to be done to them. This is a HUGEEEE issue in all creative Spaces: music, art, entertainment, dance, even in school w. Them being strict on Plagiarism. Look how jlo did Ashanti!!! It’s always that serious!! Idccccc

I 1000% agree! I didn’t want to feel crazy but I do think it’s a big deal. Why not credit it’s very odd. Some people can’t admit they’re inspired , being inspired is flattering it should never be a hate thing we all are unique & even if a set is copied there’s no one in the same because we’re all different ❤️
