@@shininggorgeous3426 each to their own preferences I guess. I’m not a fan of mini skirt so this is cute to me. But actually I was referring the result of all the tutorials of these jeans up cycling videos, there are others who make this but the results wasn’t really good.
For straight skirt , the best jeans 👖 to use is the wide leg , for mermaid style , any width legs , with pie shape godets in between the legs of the denim jeans
You have to kinda draw a straight line from the waist the the bottom/rest of the skirt and connect it to get rid of the curve from the I don’t know how to say it lol crotch area 😂😅😬😬and then cut it out.
i would try to line the panels down along the middle so it's symmetrical (don't overlap, just sew right sides tgt and cut off the rest) and looks neater imo! It's prob gonna be pretty slim fit but I think it's way cuter and less "DIY"
