Mace Windu having low speed makes sense. He is calm, calculated. Luke was young, full of energy. He is not the character to have such low speed.

Here’s my biggest gripe with Luke: his synergies are with Jedi, not Rebels, but all the good Jedi already fit well into preexisting teams. No one is going to be happy about breaking up their Revan, General Skywalker, and Padme teams, and that leaves only turds like Mace Windu to put with Luke.

I see through the lies of the jedi, I do not fear the dark side as you do.

With the idea going around that Lukes kit was meant initially for Mace I had the idea to theorycraft a kit for him, see what you guys think about it Jedi Master Mace Windu Jedi, Jedi council, Galactic republic, Tank, Light side Synergy suggestions - Grand master yoda, Ki adi mundi, General Kenobi, Jedi Knight anakin Basic Invincible assault - deal physical damage to target enemy, if Mace windu is below 50% health or protection, recover health and protection equal to the damage dealt, otherwise mace windu taunts for 2 turns and gains defense up and tenacity up for 3 turns. Special Smite - deal physical damage to target enemy, this attack ignores defense and deals 50% more damage if the target is Dark side or Sith, if the target has shatterpoint this attack deals massive damage instead, if a target is defeated by this attack, it's cooldown is reset. Leader Head of the Jedi council- All Jedi allies gain 50% offense and 20% lifesteal and 60% counter chance. Jedi allies with the galactic Republic tag cannot be stunned and are immune to fear whilst mace is alive, additionally Jedi council Jedi have their leader abilities active with any bonuses provided at a quarter of their normal rate, Jedi outside of the council have 50% more defense Unique Shatterpoint- Mace windu has a 20% chance to inflict shatterpoint when attacking a target, doubled for dark side enemies and tripled for sith or a 10% chance to inflict when hit by an attack. Shatterpoint - lose 15% turn meter when hit by an attack, Jedi attackers deal 100% more damage, whenever this unit is critically hit they are stunned for 1 turn, if this target is defeated with shatterpoint they cannot be revived Unique Vapaad- At the start of the battle Mace windu gains 10% offense, speed and potency for every dark side ally or enemy and 10% defense, max health and protection for every light side ally or enemy, whenever Mace is hit by an attack from a dark side enemy, he gains 5% offense, speed and potency(stacking) until the end of the encounter and when hit by a light side enemy he gains 5% additional defense, max health and protection and tenacity(stacking) until the end of the encounter. Whenever Mace windu defeats a dark side enemy, he gains 5% of their stats in addition to his own, doubled if the target had shatterpoint.

I won't lie, I don't mind Luke not having rebel synergy. My favorite time in this game was when there wasn't a ton of faction synergy, and you had to just pick out the best characters. Granted, I'd prefer rebel synergy over jedi synergy, however.

The last time I was this early, Darth Revan was a unbeatable beast...

My theory is that this will not be the last Luke. This Luke event is ‘The Journey Continues’. Also, his name is Jedi Knight Luke and they now covered movies 4 and 5 so they still need to do 6.I believe that they will release the Luke from the sequels and call him Jedi Master Luke and he will be a galactic legend. All galactic legends have to be sequels characters after all. I hope I’m wrong because this would be horrible

The event was called Luke Skywalker the journey continues, which makes me think that this is not the fully unlocked Luke Skywalker. I’m guessing that there will be another event down the road that will take us through return of the Jedi and by completing that event it would upgrade your Jedi knight Luke to a galactic legend character.

Would be interesting to get footage of him being used in lightside geonosis. Durability and good damage, sounds like the perfect thing for that mode.

I'm thinking a strategy might be to pair him with revan or someone fast who can give him 100% tm. Leave him slow. Drop enemy speed right away by swapping tm with him.

would love to see Luke footage without pulling in Old Ben, HY, GMY, or Barriss, as those are chracters commonly used for CLS, JKR, and Padme lineups in Grand Arena.

Probably just need to find the best comp. For example I would use Shaak ti in the lineup, she is the 4th fastest so she can easily open up first with heros arise (referred in particular to the DR matches)

His kit seems great for LS Geo TB... And would have been nice from a lore perspective if it was given to a new or reworked GR Jedi.

I am a f2p player that has just hit lvl 85, I really want to know should I later on be going for gas or jkl Or technically speaking is jkl that much better than gas that I should relic up all those characters

The Commander Luke event went through episode 4. The Jedi Knight Luke went through episode 5. Maybe JKL will be used in the Jedi Master Luke event that goes through episode 6.

Ima Gun Di lead gives counter chance and damage so that could be fun Also, Qui Gon has good offensive lead capability and the 75% assist damage bonus could be powerful on Luke

My two cents on the issue is that this Luke is kind of like beginning of rotj Luke. We still have an ep 6 event. so I’m guessing hopefully if CG is smart we’ll have a “journeys end” event that will give us GL Luke that’s from the end of Rotj. probably will look like BF 2 Luke.

Now we just need fallen anakin
