I lack discipline that’s the number 1 problem, but I’m eventually getting myself not be so lenient on myself and get my stuff done, the exam won’t wait for me. Thanks this video helped a lot:)
close your thoughts door...start doing the work...(experienced) usually we(the good people) dont get the goal those bad ones get... cuz we destroy it with the overthinkings...have a limited and a good one thats it...
I do make to do list and I include a lot of things on my to do list and I know it’s toxic. It’s a toxic trait, but I still do it and whenever it’s not completed at night, I feel very bad and I feel like oh my God, I couldn’t do anything and even if I spend so much timee, I couldn’t rock off my to do list and that’s where I feel really very bad, so I don’t know how to be realistic w myself😭. So welp?

I have stopped making to do lists 😂... I am basically making conscious decision every moment to do something productive and actively choosing to study.... One step at a time and I don't procrastinate...But after waking up I make sure to set the intention for the day and meditate for 5 minutes and then start studying.... But if to do list works for you more power to you but for me they don't work😂....
Thanks for the advise Bhaiya... 😊Also the one about not using your Phone in the break has helped me a lot. Before I would initially sit for 6-7 hours but now it has increased to 9-10 hrs thanks to your advice. Btw the beard look great on you😅.
