Stop start is very annoying some times .I personally turn this feature off while driving in Mumbai roads , where every few minutes I have to stop due to traffic . Yes A/c shuts down & only blower works. But if the car is kept in Auto A/C model Then Auto Start/Stop is system disabled temporarily.

I recommend PPF only . Ceramic is waste and lot of fooling around . I have done PPF locally at low cost from freelancer home service

@@vikasshetty1987 cool. Is there any specific grade or quality you recommend for PPF based on your experience? Does it really help deal with minor scratches, swirl marks etc?

There are numerous brands and size in microns available. All do the same job . Minor scratches , swirls are all taken care .even major mishaps help save body colour . Washing is wash & car shines as new as first day . Check online on type of PPF . 3M is very costly. Go for other brands : all are good . Some premium brand have long life . But yes , if torn during accident you have to replace the specific area sheet .

@@hegdelabs I have got 3M Paint Protection treatment 25k with Quarterly Recoat Maintainence included. Happy with the result. PPF would cost around 75k upwards & not recommended for light colours esp white due to yellowing after 12 months

I have installed PPF for 30,000₹ full body & pillars & headlights & tail lights . Happy with results . Have saved 1 major bike fall on my car .

Auto hold is available only in too model 4x4 . Having said that , Jeep Compass Petrol Auto has inbuilt feature which holds the car from rolling back for 2 secs when brakes are released on an incline . This allows driver to freely shift his foot from brakes to Accelerator pedal .

@@vikasshetty1987 ok so in bumper to bumper traffic just like in mumbai will we have to press the epb all the time? Is there any kind of setting in modes so that when we press brakes epb activates on its own?? And thanks for ur reply..😊

EPB in any car get activated in PARK mode only . For bumper to bumper traffic , if you want the car to be stationary in Neutral then you need : 1. Hill hold control feature 2. Hill descend These features are available only in 4x4 JEEP Also I don’t seen any use case for HILL hold in city driving . Light footed brake , does great job for car to be standstill in bumper traffic

s02 has updated infotainment system, inbuilt navigation, 6gb ram, wireless android auto

Nothing yet , seats are good & I use as is . Yea some times clothes Color do get transferred & is easily cleanable once a year .

OEM accessory is genuine accessories manufactured by the same company or outsourced one but it's recommended by the company.. In short original product and do not pose any risk of using it..

Yes , mileage after 1500km is improving . If you keep the RPM below 2000 , is what I observed . Have been trying different things to get more mileage . Like accelerating & then let the car move on it own with in the city by removing the foot 🦶🏻 when I know there is signal approaching. But then this car will give more average after 2000km running . I expect 9-10 kmpl in Petrol ⛽️.

I think all should understand: mileage & power with pleasure will not go together. We have to compromise. This car with the Turbo & torque & brakes & traction & Design & quality is way better than any made in India car . This car is a true Made in India & exported from India to other countries. Petrol prices will go down in some time & also govt have revised car scrapage policy to 20yrs for Petrol private cars , so Jeep is here to stay with Petrol engine more

I got the 7omai Tyre Inflator from direct website for 2500/- it’s much more compact & fits inside the spare tyre area. Has a digital pressure setting & auto cut off after set tyre pressure has reached. Quite accurate with the TPMS reading too on the S Model. Mileage I am getting after 750kms is approx 10kmpl Diesel Auto. Better go for 3M CR70 Sunfilm which is the best solution for reducing heat from Sun quite effective.

Get CR70 3M heat rejection sunfilm on the front windshield & you will see a remarkable difference

DDCT can blow up only if you are are abusing the transmission system . Example : if you are in stop traffic , move the gear to Neutral . If your electronic parking is engaged don’t , rev the car in Drive or reverse mode . Some of these precautions, can help you have DDCT engine last for more than 1 lakh km without any clutch & transmission change . Also the DDCT engine is smart to change gears ⚙️ auto in blink of second . It also downshift automatically if ur speed reduces . Hence engine heating issue only when u abuse or habit of driving carelessly. Up to you , if you are driving monthly 1800km . It’s wise to go for diesel manual .

I had a similar case with my hood : some micro pores on the color . JEEP landmark Mumbai took cognisance of the matter and did try lot of things . I just didn’t wanted to repaint the entire hood nor wanted a new hood . Applied ppf coating and living with the car .

Uconnect : 2021 if you are not able to connect . Please get the Uconnect control replaced under warrant immediately. This is known issue . Secondly , VW quality is good but they are very simple & old school . My very own JC windshield had manufacturing defects and lot of scratches , which was again replaced under warranty by JEEP .
