Jeep Compass range comes in Petrol and Diesel options with Automatic available in Petrol and Diesel.The Jeep Compass was launched in India on 31st July 2017. Apart from manufacturing for the Indian market, Jeep also exports the made in India Compass to many right-hand drive markets such as the Australia, United Kingdom, Australia, Brunei, Japan and Thailand. The India-spec model is available with two engine options - a 1.4-litre, four-cylinder, tubocharged MultiAir petrol and a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, turbocharged MultiJet II diesel engine.

@@RajeshPatel-sy5xu Here is what i know so far. Jeep has two products lined up for 2021 and i speculate a sub 4 meter compact SUV in 2022 and then India will start getting hybrid SUVs. Jeep is also assessing one of its CBU vehicle to be assembled in India and Renegade is also on the charts in coming years. Jeep exports Compass to 30 countries and is here to stay for long. I hope this helps a bit :)

You can wait for the new design.. Depends, engine is the same but some added features in the new, could be a little more in price. Mind it that some will still prefer the 2019/20 models as they're still amazing. Nothing can be said about build quality - it's unmatched.

Hello Saurabh ji, I am known that year end offers at Jeep are crossing 2 lakh and my belief is that facelifted compass will have no offers plus increased price. Kindly calculate the offer you are getting and consider up to 2 lakh price hike on new, facelifted vehicle (I am assuming it basis industry trend). Moreover, you’ll save so much money that almost 7 years worth service cost will be covered in total money saved. If money is no bar then obviously you should wait for facelifted Compass.

Dear Subhartha ji, Euro NCAP & Australasian NCAP have given 5 star safety rating to all variants available in their respective regions. A few creatures comfort features can be bought from local accessory store like wireless charger, leather seats, TPMS, Leather wrapping for steering, Anti theft GPS systems for cars etc. I have known that Android auto is now a standard feature in Compass with which you have access to navigation and other online applications and functions. My family has two Compass and we have not had any major issues till now in 3 years. Hence, i can easily suggest Compass as i have tested all Premium Compact SUVs in India and none has a "DRIVE" like Compass.

Sure, plz buy which suits your needs and which ever will be a true extension of your personality. Do not be impacted by anyone else but yourself. This SUV which you'll buy will probably be your last internal combustion engine vehicle so choose the best as per you. In next 10 years, electric will be the way forward due to govt pushing it hard.

Dear Himanshu ji, Thank you for bringing this up. I'll share the figures that i got in real world testing. Diesel manual has around 18kmpl Diesel AT has around 15 kmpl Petrol manual has around 11 kmpl Petrol AT has around 8 kmpl

Actually, they key to better milage is with the driver himself. With careful driving i could touch 14 on petrol which was decent.
