Couple of switches added inside the cabin of our Jeep Commander, one to override and switch on the Engine Fan to improve AC/cooling, and the other switch to control the roof-rack mounted LED Light Bar. Enjoy this very brief video of key steps taken for the install.
Selected rocker switches are from SWITCH BOSS which are very similar to STEDI ones.

The Engine Fan override switch is to improve AC / cooling when either standing or travelling slowly off-road. This is because there is not enough air-flow and AC condenser may struggle to cool the air on hot days. There is much written about this on Jeep forums and being able to switch on the engine fan is a way to increase air-flow and cool the AC condenser on demand, in turn making cooling more effective in the Jeep.
