I didn't like it's lack of 6 cylinder or diesel engines. No air suspension. Side claddings should be body colored like they have it in global models. No Light color Interior for that premuim appeal. Body roll is too much. Dispite these there's a lot more to like in this SUV. But it'll still be a deal breaker for the things I don't like. There are certain things I don't need necessarily and certain that I need which is not there.
The Old Grand Cherokee had masquerading presence but the new iteration looks more like a Meridian on steroids to some extent. However, the presence of this gen is also quite mammoth but the non-Hybrid powertrain seems a bit lackluster in output. Jeep could've plonked in the Hybrid powertrain with 375hp 650Nm output.
It takes long to close the boot because the close button is in boot instead of the bootlid, so you need time to remove your hand from the way after pressing the button. It's the same in other cars where the button is in the boot itself.
it's the government who is making it so pricy.. companies aren't earning.. it's the government who earns the most... and the little amount which companies earns on tht also these B___ wants income tax from companies....
Well, the Cherokee in the UK is around 17 lakhs cheaper than in India, and as most imported cars come from there so ya....that's the reason it's around that. And Jeep is American so obviously it'll be a lot cheaper there and over that we have mad taxes, so even worse
This was the first JEEP car I saw in India in red color on the highway, and I was so confused which car is it Being a Caroholic, I knew almost every car that was on road in India, but this was something new and I saw it was written SRT on the back of the car with JEE logo and I was so hyped to see a JEEP car in India back then I think this came before compass

Even with the 3.6l v6 engine and luxury package it is priced around $60k (~50L INR) in US. Here for the 2ltr engine spec Jeep is asking 77.5L INR 🤣 Same case with the Jeep compass as well.

@@tech9896 jeep cars are overpriced because of the high import duty structure and jeep's history is rich i mean jeep was market leader few years ago cause there was no competetion (outside of india) to maintain their class and profit jeep launches a little bit overpriced and many other companies also do this biggest example is ‘toyota fortuner’

6:22 Because the closing button is provided inside of the car instead of giving on the boot. Needs some more time to get outside after the pressing of the button. If it has little more speed, it will broke your head. Therefore it is slow.

I noticed something interesting in this vlog and last one (HyCross) vehicles from both Jeep, Compass in this one and Toyota, Innova previous gen were tailgating Faisal while he was reviewing.
about the auto-parking break.. you can turn that off, also you can set it to disengage whenever you put it on D or R.. and so does the auto -ventilated seats and what not

I personally driven this car... grand Cherokee is very much built like a tank...its far better than Toyota Prado... but many people doesn't know how macho is grand Cherokee 😊
I personally think jeep should work more on their Meridian rather than giving a Cherokee, By providing the Meridian high-end model unique features like German cars and other car brands, because if your brand wants to survive in India, you have to compete with the cars brands that provide fantastic tech such as Kia and Hyundai, MG motors, Mahindra XUV700(😅😅😅😅)...etc.
The price will be justified if it had a 6 cylinder or 4 cylinder diesel engine and Air Suspensions and some other extras. Since it doesn't have these things, I'm comfortable to pay 10L extra to get BMW X5 top model.

I want faisal khan to design a car because whichever car vlog he makes he gives some negative reviews he says it isn't that good , bad plastic, not center arm rest , no seat adjustment or headrest or thighs support he brings some mistakes everytime Let's see which car he say that doesn't have any mistake..
Really capable vehicle but over priced costing almost 97 lacs on road Pune, Maharashtra. If this was available around 60 to 70 lacs on road could have great success.
