Jeep Speaker upgrade jk jku 6.5" 

This is one of those channels that I start to sub to, and watch videos even if I don't necessarily need to. This guy is just so fucking chill.

I did the exact same thing almost with my 2008 JK WRANGLER.... i did all 4 6.5 to those Cerwin Vegas on a Taramps 4 ch amp... you did way to much with the wires easily use a battery to find out exactly which wire is positive on the wire harness cut the harness piece off add the new wire adapter with heat shrink & your good to go.... thos CV 6.5 SCREAM!!!!

Fill that sound bar with pillow stuffing. It will help the sound

Just curious. Have you tried stuffing the sound bar with polyfil? It makes a big difference in sound quality! Cuts down on the vibration a lot.
