Good video on changing this out. I also upgraded my transfer case but considering the price that many are asking for, for even a used one I just went with an Atlas.
Great video I install this same T case in a XJ back in 2010 loved it. I also have since new a 2004 Rubicon they are great jeeps. yours looks great. I only have a 2" JKS lift and 31". Keep the videos coming!
@@_everydayoffroad_wish I saw this video before my swap, would’ve saved the hassle of figuring out the pigtail switch situation for the dummy light, detailed install, appreciate it nonetheless, now for me to figure out how to wire the rubicon lockers with factory pumps…
Great video again ! You are very informative and that will help a lot of people out if they are doing this swap . I have been looking for a 241 case for my 03 TJ but have not found one yet or at least for a good price. The cool thing about Tom Woods is not only do they make awesome driveshafts but they are only !0 minutes from our house. Take care and catch you on your next video.

I really like your videos. I have a question ,I’m a beginner to the jeep community at 57 I’ve drag race still have my first car 72 nova that I raced. I have a 51 GMC pickup that I restored myself, Now I’ve purchased a 1998 TJ Sahara very happy with it but as I’m trying to learn about every part I’m a big straight 6 guy. Can’t find anything on what automatic transmission it has. I know yours is a stick but I hoped you would know or point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.
I just watched your video. Would be hat i need in my yj to go up to my aX15 to replace my 231. But the 241 4to1 are over 2grand used for what i saw.. Ow well
Where is a good place to find one of these transfer cases? I’ve been looking for quite some time and can’t really find one. Also, what is a good price for this transfer case nowadays?
