Try this easy to prepare rice recipe, easy to prepare, delightful to eat, goes well with any gravy.
Ingredients:
Oil - 2 tsp
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Green chili - 1 slitted
Rice - 1 cup
Water - 2 cups
Salt as per taste
Method of preparation:
1. Place a pressure cooker on medium flame, add oil, jeera, green chili and sauté well.
2. Add washed rice, salt water and give a stir.
3. Cook for 2 whistles and turn off the flame.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with any gravy of your choice.
