im a horror writer and my ultimate goal in life is to become the new stephen king. hes my rolemodel, well at least one of them.

I'm in college now and still take diary of a wimpy kid books with me. Out of all the literature and novels I've read these children books are some of the most emotionally relatable works I've come across. Well done!

I've been in the process of creating a story that's fiction. I put in effort and hard work into this book. I'm only thirteen years old but I've always wanted to become an author.

I think another great tip is to write your first book about something you are passionate about as this passion will transmit into your writing. My sons all love your books and my nine year old is currently reading your latest and loving it. Congratulations on your amazing success.

I still laugh when I remember in one of the books Greg tried to design a robot and first thing he did was write all the words he didn't want the robot to say and a teacher got hold of that list.

I remember reading in the movie diary the full note pad with all the ideas that took a Long time :)

I wrote my first song and stories in the back of my do it yourself diary of a wimpy kid. Set me off on a spiral of music and creativity a decade later

That is good advice. I always try not to worry about how slow my books are written, but that is just the starting point, every author gets that.

How should we write a journal like you

Just finished reading the long haul its different to any of the others and by far the funniest its strange to read about them on a road trip that always goes wrong wherever they go keep writing Jeff can't wait till-if hopefully you do a 10nth one :) I have completed the series now finally and on a book hangover

my teacher said to write some points and stuff about your life but when i got into thinking my "Points" weren't points they were paragraphs and i look at it and i realized it was a story its really hard for me to Not write a story when i'm asked by someone to write something

How did you draw the character

To be honest, I don’t know what I want to do. I have a lot of stuff in mind but I can write (sort of). But I normally express my feelings out in writing as I don’t have the mental capacity to actually speak out. So it is my way but I soon hope I know what to do with my life and to soon take the right path in life
