Jeff Stephens - #20 

I am thrilled for you all to meet my good friend and powerful entrepreneur, Jeff Stephens. I met Jeff in Portland, OR about 10 years ago and quickly entered into a coaching relationship with him and still to this day get the privilege to be his co-pilot as he navigates through his real estate endeavors. Jeff now resides in Bend, OR and is one of the most thoughtful people I’ve ever met. He is a deep thinker, a polished negotiator, and is one of the most gifted teachers I’ve ever seen in action. I can recall an event I hosted in Las Vegas years ago, and I asked Jeff to be one of the presenters and talk about his portfolio with all the moving parts to help show the power of the toolbox I teach at our signature “Power Players” events. Jeff went above and beyond by creating a ”Game Board” that reflected his entire portfolio and simplified the most complex maneuvers in a visual way so that a 5th grader could understand it. No surprise that he left the crowd in awe, and he continues to grow his portfolio and teach others the right way to do things in the world of real estate investment.
