I ran a background check on my husband while we were fresh fresh into the relationship. I had small grandchildren around me for one. Meaning the person has made little to no effort in making the agreed upon or ordered payments, and in order for said individual to be released, they must pay a percentage of what’s owed. My brother's trifling ass quits jobs as soon as to that child support garnishment hits his check. He REFUSES to pay it because he feels like his kids would get more without it.. Whole time he's not even supporting them outside of the child support order.

It's the "get an abortion lol", men really think that is an easy fix to their irresponsibility. Some women don't believe in abortion, that's one. Some women develope scarring that keeps them from ever carrying a child again. There are risks, and emotional consequences, especially when you don't want to do that, there's regret. It's an inappropriate thing for a man to just blatantly, nonchalantly throw out there to a woman they have impregnated. Granted the risk is higher to carry the baby (health complications to the mother or baby, or both, including death.), so the decision to carry or terminate should solely be the woman's decision. Although I have had abortions ( 2 while married), due to financial reasons, plus the first one, I had just given birth via c section 2 months prior, it was a risk I was willing to take, because I was supposed to have my tubes tied (couldn't because of scar tissue, from a previous c.section) during my c section, and did not plan on having more children. It was my choice, my husband didn't force me to terminate or have another baby. No man should be telling or forcing a woman to do either, his choices began and end when he chose to wear a condom or not. I would not have had the abortion, because he didn't want the child, I would have kept my baby and put him on child support...how dare you jokingly tell a woman to do something that can scar her for life, because you wanted to go raw for your pleasure without thinking of the consequences. Men like this are trash, and shouldn't be having sex period if they are not prepared for the consequences. She dodged a bullet, and got a lil money in the process, but was it worth it, if she can't have a baby in the future, or she is plagued by guilt the rest of her life.

Some men who suppose to pay support have no plans to pay support. Locking them up sometimes makes them afraid and than they start paying. My ex would stop working and say he don’t have a job. When in jail/ prison make jobs and send their wages for missing child support.
