@@sjlevi99 Well, she was not bleeding, her face was just sore from the plate hitting her, so soreness is not something you would call 911 for. You would call 911 if a person broke a bone and could not move around safely, lost concioussness, if you see a person shoplifting, or if there was any emergency. Soreness in not an emergency usually.
