I read that she has vertigo. You could see how it was affecting her and she still gave it 100%. Jelly Roll is one stand up guy. A true gentleman. That performance made me love him more.
That answers my question why they were holding onto each other. Thanks for the info. Her voice was made for this song!! Together they sounded like PERFECTION ❤
He said he told cma and his team he was going to ask her and they all told him good luck she’s typically said no for most others. I’m glad she said yes. This is the greatest team up I’ve seen yet
I hope Wynona has comfort and peace. She seems like she is giving all she has got in her to be up there. She doesn't owe us a thing. She is a Country Queen FOREVER!
Amen she sure is !! That woman had been thru it !! And still came on stage to give a flawless show, God bless them both jelly roll hung onto Her ,he knew she needed him
I'm an emotional wreck watching this. The visual of her pushing through this song was incredible and came out flawless. She is truly a queen. I love the humanness of this music and I love Jellyroll!
Wynona floated in on that stage!! Gentlemen Jelly Roll holding her up. She has Meniere's Disease. Me too! Inner ear vestibular disorder that causes dizziness and nausea😢😢 Bless them both!!
If you remember, last year she sang with her mother who went home and took her life. She needed to be lifted up in more ways than one and I have always loved her voice bit, wow she out did herself with jelly roll!!! Much love to you both
You can see the concern on Jellyroll's face. As someone who suffers from vertigo, her performing like that without falling on her ass or throwing up is damn AMAZING!! Edit to add that I heard later it was actually stage fright, not vertigo
I saw the post performance interview. Jelly Roll earned my respect. He saw that she needed him and he was there for her. And damn, did they BOTH deliver. This is what country music is about, and if you don't get that, then bye.
Is there a single person alive who doesn't love Jelly Roll when they hear his music and story? Wynonna brings it so hard and Jelly is there supporting her. Beautifully done all the way around
The strength Wynonna shows and the kindness of that teddy bear we call Jelly Roll is amazing! He seems so genuine. He is just one of those people you want to meet and hang with because so down to earth and truly seems to care about others. Amazing loved it!
Even with vertigo attacks she’s still showing up!! I love Wy, and jelly!! WY will always be one of the best vocally among the women in country! She’s truly unstoppable!! 🫶🏽
She looks like she’s been sick. I remember her mama took her own life. That’s got her reeling with grief and pain. All of those things spill over to your physical health. It happened to Lisa Presley 3 years after her son took his own life.
She did a interview right after this and said her mom came into her mind plus she needed water and someone to hold onto she didnt mention vertigo as soon as i seen her we all said something is wrong with her it looks like she was very nervous theres more to this story
Let's not over sell it. She was yelling her lyrics instead of singing & she gripped his jacket the entire time, never faced the audience, & never moved around on stage.
The fact that they are signing the song: 'Need A Favor', and she has "vertigo" and needs helps standing is kind of poetic! I bet she was saying "Lord, I need a favor" in her head the whole time!! AMEN!!
This is so wholesome. Hun holding to balance her while she gives this amazing performance just shows what a beautiful soul he is!!! Love both Jelly and Bunnie ❤❤❤❤❤
I have the upmost respect for Jelly Roll. He had her back and that says so much about his character. She is a country music icon and we all love her. She nailed this performance even though she wasn't feeling 100%. Love them both♡♡
Loved this performance. Wynona has such strong vocals...a queen in my eyes. And Jelly Roll...I wonder how many people fell a little in love and awe of him throughout the whole night. His speech, upon receiving his award, blew me away. Thank you to Country Music for showing us such amazing talent. Jelly Roll, Lanie Wilson, Chris Stapleton, Luke Combs, Hardy, Morgan Wallen, and Eric Church...loved those performances.
The way Wynona sang this song is like every time I have cried out to God from the depths of my soul, her voice, the look on her face, the pain in her soul. She just zipped open her heart and showed the world what that moment looks like and feels like. Heavy. Best version of this song ever. I keep watching this video over & over again. I can’t get enough. Incredible duet you guys. The way you held and supported each other. The way Jelly Roll said (after this performance) Wynona has always understood the misunderstood and that is peppered throughout her career. What a powerful moment. You two used that stage, and this time in history, to shine divine light into so many hearts all over the world. 🌎❤️🎶⭐️ God bless you both. 🙏
Jelly Roll you know you’ve got a dynamic voice, love the song. But my tears started flowing when Wynonna Judd floated on stage, she’s simply awesome 🎉🤗🥰💋🥰
Same grew up on the Judd's. And she's always been amazing. And I'm rewatching crying again. So happy to have been witness to this magic. Even if only on yt.
I love how the music industry, as well as the fans have embraced him. His story is inspiring. And, he’s an amazing artist who deserves everything he’s experiencing right now.
Having suffered from a vertigo episode once, I can't believe she was able to pull that off and for Jelly Roll to get that she needed help and to be there for her to hold onto was an amazing thing to watch. Hearing the audio without seeing what happened will never do this performance justice.
The queen was only nervous not vertigo.. she posted and this is directly from the queen Wynona mouth😊 I've seen her live a few times and she is amazing. Want to see Jelly Roll but couldn't afford ticket.
That growl she done at the end gave me chills! She’s still got it! this was an amazing performance from two amazing performers! Y’all killed it!!!!!’ ❤
I had vertigo so bad I had to be hospitalized so God Bless Wynonna for being an amazing singer and Jelly Roll for being an incredible gentleman and singer.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ I just loved this duo so much and the song was beyond magnificent 😍
Personally I am proud of them both!! This performace means alot to me since i lost my mom to cancer 2 yrs ago. Me & my two sisters where saying the same!!! Honestly i feel she did a tremendous job!!! She stronger than me ❤❤
I’m so sorry to hear about you and your sisters losing your mom. Lost my dad when he was 64, still full of life and love. Ten years later, and I still miss him like crazy, but I got strong enough to function and live life with the grief, as will you. (If you’re not already.) Sending love!
Full body chills. And she did amazing for dealing with vertigo. And if you notice he held on to her almost the entire time and he whispered to her at some point. They nailed the performance anyway. I loved hearing her with her full growl going on. Someone actually tried to tell me today that he wasn't country yeah yeah he is
*WYNONNA* Your fans got you!! Girl, you are used to being on stage with your momma. Props to *JELLY ROLL* being the perfect gentleman. He knew you were nervous and held you up like the queen you are! Keep doing what you do W!!!
I'm not even a country fan like that, saw this on FB because I follow Jelly from way back..seeing this made me low-key emotional, though. Reminds me of my guy friends/brother figures that just like...know when I need help. She just needed a friend to lean on for it and he was there without her even needing to ask. Love the dynamic between them and the respect given mutually. Also, hell of a performance and props to both 💜
We saw Wy on a small stage in Waco, Tx. She was A-MAZING, funny, witty, and an awesome voice. The nerves makes sense. I think it's been awhile since she performed on a stage like this. But she killed it! Jelly is awesome. Love how humble and caring he is.
It was like yall were talking to each other through the lyrics right there... I've never seen anything like it. Absolutely Amazing. Well done to Judd for fighting through that like a warrior and Well done to Jelly Roll for being himself and being there for her in that moment and fighting through that too. I will continue to watch this everyday.... earth shattering... wave shaking... jaw breaking... thank you to the both of you for this. 😎🤘💪 much love and rock on yall!
AMEN!!! ❤ This duet has to be one of the most powerful I've ever heard! God bless Jelly Roll! He is such a strong yet gentle man. The care he took with Wynonna was precious 💖
Great performance!! Jelly Roll, you're a true gentleman supporting Wynonna as she stood next to you! The combination of you two were, thunder and lightning!
It certainly can be debilitating. I've had it for over 2 years now. They can't find the cause. It's horrible to live with. I feel for her because I know what she's going through. I give it up to her. She was awesome!
Wynonna is one of the last straight-shooting real women of country walking around this globe casually packing those decade after decade powerhouse god-given vocal cords and boom town voice. And mama brought that performance to an almost Elvis level closure. A true living performer that I have loved since the day she made it. 🤘❤️🙏🏻
That is some serious talent to be able to perform a song like that while experiencing vertigo. Wynonna, you are amazing. And props to Jelly Roll for seeing she needed some support and giving it to her.
How precious is this. Lord guys hes precious, we can call him jelly roll at 200 lbs. We want him around for years. Lets encourage him. Hes a sweetheart.
It was obvious she was struggling with something hurt my heart but to still carry on with such a beautiful show is remarkable and her and jelly roll stole the show and that true gentleman knew and had her back the whole time. What an awesome performance. A+ for carrying out so professional and so awesome and enjoyable. Loved it. Always be kind
@@alannanicole9026 she really did sound amazing. My mom suffers from vertigo so I get it 100% I have no idea how she did that. My mom can't even get out of bed to pee without almost falling over.
@@alannanicole9026her didn’t just have her eyes closed, but she also had a death grip on Jelly’s arm… he treated her like any other artist, and she powered through it… that’s the way it is supposed to work
Jelly Roll is such a gentleman. What an amazing performance from these two. Both are such incredible artists. Would love to see them sing together again. Love them both.
@@RipperRU-vidOfficial ummm, there's a difference between being televised and being recorded in a studio to release as an official collaboration and single. 🙄
@@ellyk2195 you didn't say recorded in a studio though. You said this needs to be recorded, and I pointed out that it was, which is how are you able to watch it. Maybe use better words to articulate what you really mean.
She’s had a tough last 12+ months. I’m glad to see people are recognizing that empathizing. 🙌 She sounded great! God bless. Gave me chills and teared up. 💙💙💯✌🏼
Wynonna Judd is such an inspiration and important person! To hear her singing with Jelly Roll warms my heart! Wynonna is one of my top singers! I am so proud of her for pushing through the anxiety and nervousness she had on stage! She shows that even when we feel a certain way, we can still do what we put our minds to! Thank you, Wynonna, for being such an inspiration in my life and many others' lives as well! Thank you, jelly Roll, for your music and willingness you have to help others!
She did a fantastic job!!! That song rings true for everyone. Even the most professional entertainers have their moments and she still belted it OUT!!!
Wow!! That performance was burning hot!! 🔥💥Wynonna Judd is raw talent. Those pipes on her are something else!! What the two of them did with that song was a show all in itself. Jelly Roll is a class act. Keeping it 💯
Kudos to Jelly for seeing the situation and being right there for her to brace on. She never had to do this and STILL gave it everything she had to help elevate him. Props to BOTH of them and she still has that iconic voice.
THAT WAS INSANELY GOOD!!!!!! I had chills start to finish! Wynonna is gunna bring it no matter what!!! They were awesome together that was soooooo EPIC!!!!!
Jelly roll your Amazing this made me cry and think of my mother again. I needed a favor three years ago when i lost my mother. Its amazing how you just love and care for everyone. #pleasecometo canada.
YES!!! I remember that too and you could see how the music was resonating somewhere inside of her. It really appeared that she was just really taken with that song. But she didn't look okay during this performance at all. I've seen her in concert and she can sing anything but she didn't look well here.
This song is incredible and so are these two amazing performers. Made me cry to see her holding on to him for support and him being there for her. It’s what that song is all about🙏
I hope she reads how much we appreciate her regardless of, or maybe even more because of, this. Being vulnerable in a public setting, and still singing the house down.
This is my mom’s favorite song. Let me specify: this EXACT version, with Jelly Roll and Wynonna, is my mom’s favorite song. She listened to it on repeat roughly 20 times tonight.
That was one of the most beautiful and inspiring performances I have ever seen. I understand it may have been anxiety, according to Wynonna. Anxiety can be absolutely crippling. I can't believe she could sing like that, unbelievable! Jelly Roll, so kind to lend her a shoulder and hand when she needed one. Class act.
