And his music touched me so much the first time I heard his song "Save Me" that I started doing research on him, watched his documentary and I was sold. Bought tickets to see him in October. It’s a damn miracle that I’ve made it over half way and it’s definitely a miracle that I’m still standing strong against the shit life has thrown at me. Suicidal thoughts? Mental abuse? I lost my wife of 52 years, and I would do anything to get away from the pain. Preaching one day and fighting the Demons the next day. So far gone, I don't know if God can help me. Saved but feel lost.

I suffer from a very painful genetic disorder. Every Tuesday I travel an hour away from home to get over 30 nerve block injections from the top of my head, down my neck and throughout my spine to help me cope. I listen to Jelly Roll my whole way there and back. His music helps me cope. I am Canadian and I drove over 3hrs there and another 3hrs home to see Jelly Roll live at Darian Lake this past Thursday and it was worth everything it took out of me! Best concert I have ever seen and Jelly Roll is the only famous person I would love to sit down and talk to. If you get the chance to see him, take it!

Your lyrics talk straight to me, reminding me that instead of being a fallen sinner, I'm strong enough to be a standing soldier, always burning my bridges behind me so I don't go back to what I was before.

My dad was 15 almost 16 years clean and sober before he passed in 2021 from heart attack/heart stroke. He changed his life around. He was my biggest supporter. And I will forever be so proud of him. He was a simple man, the light in my world.
