Is it everyone or Am I the only one who loves when their voice cracks or when they use that raspiness it just gives so much emotion to the song it’s perfect I love it
What I like about Jelly Roll when he shares the stage with other singers, including most recently, the American Idol singers, he backs up and regularly points at them and like this video, he stood back and let Lainey shine. As good as he is, he still seems to not want to take the spotlight from anyone else. That is an admirable quality in todays world.
Unbelievable performance, but more unbelievable that Lainey was in Nashville for what 12 years before she broke through? Love her songs and voice. And I remember hearing Jelly Roll for the first time. Had tears in my eyes while he belted out this song. Just an incredible talent. Great combo for that song.
Ive been messing with Jellyroll since back in the trap house days. Its great to see him on the big stages. The vocals are pretty expected since hes truly singing live. Its a big difference then singing in a studio. I love jelly and have tickets to his michigan concert. My wife is really hoping to get a glimpse of Bunnie. That woman is AMAZING!
I definitely think it was nerves. I know I had nothing to do with it but I’m super proud of this guy ❤ I think I hear a little Dolly in her voice at times. Chills
Thanks brother Me and my Boy are seeing JellyRoll in Bangor this Summer This just gets us so stoked 🤘🏼🤘🏼 BTW I thought you were a Rock dude Ooops Hardy musta got to y'all 🤣😜
As a band member/musician (Country music), I can honestly say that a steel guitar changes the tones of almost everything!! It's VERY hard (personal experience AND what I've seen/heard) to hear the keys & especially if you're singing harmony! I could NEVER get it right! lmao
W😮W. This song shows how you just never know what people are thinking in their own head and feeling in their soul. For alot of people these are internal thoughts & struggles💔. Great reaction! (Peanut Butter Jelly ROLL😆)Thank You!✌
Dude I’ve seen him do that “ ladies and gentlemen “ stitck before jelly is a true hype man he knows when and what to say to get the crowd frantic and it’s true if you pour out your heart others feel it he sings his songs with honesty and heart but when you tell ur own life story that’s what you should get absolutely loved it
Love me some Jelly Roll, recently started listening to Lainey more ever since I heard Wait in the Truck. Bailey Zimmerman just dropped his new album yesterday! You gonna do any of those?
Ok Fisch I heard about this Collab I had to tune out early cuz the start of this show was SO MUCH pablum I watched some really old Waylon Then I checked in tonight And The Fisch Man had it You dope Holmes Can't wait to see this one 🤔😘🤘🏼🤘🏻
This reminds me of broken by Seether. The original recording was a great song in its own right, but when they brought in Amy Lee, she took it to a whole new level. I feel the same way about this. Save me by jelly roll is an amazing track, but Lainey adds a whole new dimension
I think the award shows sound was off because I know These artists can sang. One person off I can see but, it was every artist if you watch the show Hardy, Jelly, Kane, and Jason. It was like the music was a few beats ahead or it was such a big venue and they didn't have the correct equipment to host such a big event. My husband isn't a fan of country music and watched it with me. He said the same thing about how off everyone was
Lainey can sing her butt off. The music industry is screwing with Jelly trying to teach him vocals. He should just stick to how he sings because he moves people with that voice. I think with this performance, he went back to his roots right when that raspy sound came out.
