ooooh can't wait to try this one! I plan to make a red, pink quilt. I have so many lovely small print fabrics in reds and pinks. I will try using one print per star block, Thanks so much for your wonderful instructions!
One of my favorites! I see that quilt in your background in several videos and I love it! Love a two color quilt!!! Thank you Kimberly -you’re the best!!!
I really love this vintage pattern! If I didn't already have 2 quilts to finish this weekend, I would get started on one right away! Thank you for sharing these amazing tutorials with us.
I absolutely love this block and quilt! I love the whole classic and vintage series. I made the log cabin one using the same fabric you used and gifted to a friend. She loved it.
Oh I luv that quilt. Thank you for a great tutorial. I also liked the way u cut those strips starting with 5" then cutting 2.5" after that. Great idea. I'm going to start doing it that way now
Beautiful quilt! Thanks for the encouragement for pinning quilt pieces together, it makes a world of difference. (I know, because, I've not pinned and it showed--yikes!)
I love this pattern but wanted to know if you can use multi solids or is this vintage block made with just two colors? I love the pattern and dont want to take away from vintage feel of it.
HI Patricia! Setting the seam with steam allows it to lay flatter for better overall result. By the time you star sewing with that unit, it will most likely be completely dry. Hope this helps!
Hi Cheryl! Thank you! The foot is a high shank presser foot for the Juki TL-20101Q. I would check with your local quilt shop or craft store to see if they can help you locate the foot for your machine :)
