"Like a Dream" is one of my most favorite (besides the Original Theme Song! I didn't care for the newer theme song in season 3), JEM and The Holograms tunes! It must have been a very popular song because it appeared in 3 JEM and The Holograms episodes: Season 1 episode: "The Disaster" (which is what you're watching above) and TWICE in Season 3 episodes: "The Stingers Hit Town" Part I" and "Video Wars"!
I grew up in the 00s but was still lucky enough to see this show growing up as a kid. I absolutely loved it and I wish it was more known. Literally none of my friends knew about it at the time since we mostly watched shows that came on during our era

For some reason there is a single vocalist singing "like a dream" very lightly on the instrumental track. This is not normal and I wonder if it was recorded to keep the beat

Out of the three versions of this song, I honestly feel like this is the best one ✨ it’s so sweet 💖 In terms of the Romance I missed it when it was just Jerrica/Jem and Rio…no Riot (unless if Riot were secretly Rio then that would have been twisted and messed up but somehow fitting and even more romantic and perfect lol. Like a love square situation similar to the one in Miraculous Ladybug ❤️)

You notice that the earlier MVs in the series were pretty crappy and included random stuff like unicorns, flying in the air, etc? They got better throughout the seasons though!
