I literally lost my shit in this movie, the ending had me BALLING, but I loved it so much and have also now developed a big crush on Callum Turner 🙈🥴. The soundtrack was gorgeous, and I didn't know this was actually a Jojo Moyes book so now I've started reading it and oh my goodness it is so good. If anyone hasn't read it, honestly do, it's so beautiful.

I just watched my RU-vid recap from this year and he told me that my favorite song of 2023 was "Ivy of Lou Phyllis" and I just said "that's a mistake! Irrelevant to the story behind the two main characters, yes. But not irrelevant period. The two reporters falling in love gave the entire movie a parallel that added to the movie itself, and did not overpower, or even come near. It was a great addition, IMO.
