Jillian may be extremely tough and aggressive but she knows what she is doing and is a fantastic trainer with some skills

I always hated the box jumps in high school. I busted my shin when my legs gave out doing it. I have never been a great jumper so I completely understand her fear, but we must over come!!!

Not nescesarrily. There are alternatives to box jumping that dont pit your legs at risk.

I slipped and fell when I did the box jump one time. But you know what I did? I got up and jumped on the box like nothing happened.

Been in the Army for 6 years and I never wanted to do box jumps during training. It's a small box but its scary for some reason.

Why not trying to start with a shorter jump and then increase progressively until she is able to jump the box? Such a drama, why American shows are always so dramatic and intense? Like, it's a jump. If she's afraid, just make her do little jumps.

I can relate to this because I would be so scared to do box jumps at track practice. They’re very intimidating even if they’re small, because it’s not like if you don’t make it on top you just land on your feet, like you wipe out. Idk I just get where her fear is coming from
