This took me by surprise. I had to stop the video about 3 minutes in & compose myself. I saw Dex & Sam play this in a dive bar in Bristol not long after Chased by Martians came out. “I swear they came in the wildest of dreams.” Bad ass rockin mofos.
Also saw him play this with Crow in Norfolk when Lucky Eye came out. Unfortunately, a fight broke out in the crowd & the show was cut short, which was a real bummer. I did manage to get my Lucky Eye CD autographed at least. This is the sickest fiddle I’ve heard lately. Wish those 2 would come to Asheville. Plz!!!
