I often think Jennifer is secretly laughing at some of the interviewers in her head. I just get that from some of her reactions. But hey, no offence to those who think they got laughed at!
I love how most of the time Jennifer and Josh were like talking to each other and the lady interviewing them was trying so hard to get noticed like omg
0PercentFear not really. They do that in a lot of interviews to discuss the answer and occasionally they end up talking about their memories which is really interesting because they're so wacky and bizarre
LegendOfZub lol, when you first learn about gifs, it's not like it comes w/ a pronunciation.. you just kind of pronounce it how you want in your head, and i've always said gif, so i thought it was funny that she does too. when i learned it was supposed to be JIFF years later... i thought it was so weird, as did a lot of others... even obama said he pronounces it "GIF" :p
Hayden Brown No, but you shouldn't be "thanking god" that someone is pronouncing it one way without knowing what the correct pronunciation is, much less while knowing full well what the correct pronunciation is. Like you, I always pronounced it with a hard g, but never had I said "thank god you pronounce it the same way I do." I have no problem with people who pronounce it with a hard g. I have a problem with people who think everyone who pronounces it with a soft g is incorrect.
LegendOfZub I wrote this months ago, I'm not religious so I wrote things like "thank god" without thinking first, sorry. I always pronounced it Gif and I thought it was odd and hilarious when I learned it wasn't, so everytime I heard someone say it Jif I thought it was really strange, it was like learning you pronounce "Green" as "Jreen". I seriously didn't mean to offend you, sorry, at one point a couple months or a year ago I probably would have said you were crazy for pronouncing it JIF because I thought it was a weird way to prounounce it, but I get that some people pronounce it that way, it;s no big deal really, but when I was obsessed with Tumblr and that sort of phase, I thought it was a HUGE deal. I've gotten over that now though, so I kind of cringe at this comment now, but sorry If i offended lol
my mom used to say 'Gif' with a hard 'G' for the longest time, i used to tell her its 'Jif' and now present day me says Gif hahaha i dont even know why.
Ok i'm not being mean im gonna try to help you, so you do not get criticized in the future.....avicii is an electronic music producer. edm is different from dubstep. Dubstep is scary monsters and nice spirits by Skrillex . Hope this helps you in the future :D xD
Uhh no @Nadine Colditz it's pronounced JIF not GIF. The creator of these Graphics Interchange Formats Steve Wilhite received a Webby award for his work where his acceptance speech was literally, its pronounced JIF not GIF. The interviewer said it correctly, not Jennifer.
Doesn't freaking matter, it's Graphics Interchange Formats, not Jraphics Interchange Formats. If the stupid ass wanted it to be pronounced "JIF" he should have picked a different name.
Well proper English grammar states that "G" and "I" placed together makes the "J" sound so technically it should be pronounced "JIF" not "GIF"!! I guess some people need to go back to elementary school.
When they talk about the Avicii song do they mean wake me up? because that seems to be the one that's popular in other countries than sweden. Now like hey brother is really popular. they play it all the time on the radio here in sweden
actually it's the other way around, I also say gif like Jennifer said it but the creator of gif confirmed that it's pronounced the way that interviewer said it. But I still say it in Jennifer way lol
Me encanta que Jen es como demonios silbar no (no lo logré para la primera película)... y de hecho se escucha q lo hace mal desués de Josh y luego los tres juntos es cm q no noten q no silbo y hago mímica
