My husband and I lived in a NYC studio apt. with a sleeping bag, that's all we had starting off, and we laughed about it for over 40 years, and we ice skated in Central Park and went biking. I never felt the need for a McMansion with 24 bathrooms. Living in a giant house with empty rooms to me seems just creepy. There's such a thing as having too much money, it seems to warp their minds.

A house at 60 million should have VIEWS of the ocean or at least the city. Nobody cares about a pool view at that price point. Also the house should have customized architecture and not look cookie cutter. That house is overpriced and only would attract someone rich that does not have taste.
