Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s marriage is coming to an end. JLo filed for divorce in Los Angeles on Aug. 20 after two years of marriage, a source close to the singer tells NBC News. The source also says that Jen filed herself without a lawyer and that the pair did not have a prenup. Access Hollywood has reached out to Jennifer and Ben’s teams for comment. The filing comes after months of speculation that the couple was facing tensions in their marriage, with a source telling Access Hollywood in May that the two were living separately. More than a month later in June, People reported that Ben had moved his things out of the couple’s shared mansion in Beverly Hills, which they purchased in 2023. That home is now publicly listed for $68 million. Prior to the filing, JLO and Ben had not been spotted together in weeks and seemingly ends their publicized rekindling, decades after their called off their wedding in 2003.
