My father didn’t want us to have a better life… lost my mom young, life taken away by domestic violence… brother and sister recently… grew up in an abusive household with my father… no money, no generational wealth and we only had one meal a day… he came into money, left us out and he never worked and used us for government assistance. He didn’t want us to surpass him. He dropped out of school never worked and have everything. I’m breaking that curse… it’s taking me longer but I’m going to make it! Been on my own for 28 years.
