Thank you so much, i am glad you see me in that way, that is my real self coming through, i also want my films to be accessible and to let more people know they too can just get out there :-)
hey BG that was a fantastic film and ride - really liked the production and mix of shots - the drone captured some of the epicness of the Lakes and the route you guys were riding, great stuff
Haha, it is not only there :-) But there is a lot of it up there, haha. No the Lakes has different proportions and with its more compact layout the views are something else, the mountains always look a lot higher than they are
Well done on Hardknott... only had the pleasure of one visit to The Lakes so far and bottled it on 30% section. Not enough gears and zapped of strength after a couple weeks of back to back riding - I will return! As always great shots, been thinking about buying a drone for some time now. Just wondering... what camera do you use for your pieces to camera? I use an old GoPro Hero 5 for absolutely everything and it's beginning to show.
Haha, yes 30% is a tough thing to see a sign for. I think it is easier off road when you do not know the percentage, haha. On cameras, pieces to camera are iPhone 12 pro - on Bike Gopro 7 and then a DJI Mavic mini 2 drone
Very nice Barry. It’s been a long time since I visited the Lake District. It’s high time I got back there. Another great film. I’d say a good mix of on bike filming and drone footage. Good weather too. 👍
My wife wants me to tell you she thinks your helmet straps are too loose ❤️ Another fantastic video, I always look forward to a Barry video and a coffee.
