The story behind the picture used in thumbnail:
"It was before he(Jensen Ackles) was big-time. This was a shoot in Dallas for a cheer catalog and they had hired models as well as "real cheerleaders" (I was the latter lol). He was super nice and asked me who my manager was. I was around 19-20 and he had to have been a year or two younger than I am." Ryan Elizabeth McLaughlin FB

Fan: My name is Alisha and this question is for Jensen.
Jensen, I know you were a cheerleader, how do you get into cheerleading, and do you still have your costume and do you still know any moves because I'd love to see some.
Jensen:
I keep it right next to my coach's costume.
So, I mean at this point it's like - sure, whatever you wanna call it, we'll go with "cheerleader".
And I wasn't even a "yell leader". It was like, they had those like Texas A&M, you know...
No, we didn't do any of that, we were the guys who ran the flags across the field when they scored a touchdown, and then ran a big, giant bell. That was the extent of our responsibilities.
And then we just basically stood at the end zone and had front-row seats.
And it was like me and the other guys who played baseball.
Jared: Do you remember how to run with the flag?
Jensen: That thing was hard!
Jared: I know what it was like!
Jensen: It was difficult, yeah, I didn't do it every time, but I did it a few times...
But also another one of the responsibilities that we had in that little club was we got to escort, which is the real reason I,
like I didn't care about running the flag, or even, you know, getting to be on the field,
we got to escort the captains of the drill team over to the overside to meet the other captains
of their drill team, and all of them were women...
So, yeah, it was basically we were wearing like polos and khakis, I mean it was real Texas... so that
was the extent of my "cheerleading" uh, career. And I don't know where my khakis are anymore.
