I purchased a Coby CVR-22 Portable Cassette Recorder on Amazon Canada on January 20, 2017, and it arrived on January 24, 2017, the cool thing about my Coby CVR-22, I use an external microphone to record car specs, or I can record music by connecting the audio cable to AUX Input
+John O'Donohue I definitely want to but a cassette recorder, I have the jensen am/fm cassette player but I want a recorder to record music and also my voice, would you recommend I buy this or the coby-cvr 27?
+John O'Donohue yeah, I actually decided to look on amazon for the reviews and the ones of the coby-cvr were negative, and the jensen reviews were mostly positive so I decided that I am going to buy the jensen cassette recorder 😀
Very nice presentation of a modern cassette recorder. I have seen similar Onn branded recorders at Walmart, but was never interested, as they are too new for my tastes. This one has decent sound quality, but sounds DC bias from the background noise.
I plan on buying one and gifting to my elderly grandparents. I regret not doing it sooner, but the idea finally occurred it would be great to have their personalized messages & thoughts recorded. Im going to ask them to record anything at anytime they feel up to it. I’m hopeful they have no difficulty using and that it will be a welcomed surprise for the entire family one day... It’s really a gift for us!
I like the fact that it comes with an external Mic 👍 It works great California labels everything dangerous . Ignore their bullshit. That's not a charger .It runs off electricity and batteries. This is great for making an audio journal or even to practice singing
@@crystalb1435 same here I'm trying to record in stereo for my walkman i recorded something already but it's mono for it which pissed me off i wasted a cassette lol
For some reason, when I try to record on the tapes it doesn't work. I'd push record and play at the same time and they won't stay down. Then if I just decide to hold it down, nothing will record on the tape
