That looks like a great little race for MTB junkies. Maybe some day you guys will come out here to Tucson, AZ and give the Tour de Tucson a run on your rubber chubby's. I have a similar riding style to yours except the environment is extremely different here in Southern Arizona. I had a chance so ride some of the awesome trail systems that meander throughout the Springfield, MO area several years ago but unfortunately all the awesome video and still pics I shot that week got corrupted on the USB drive I saved them on. It is fun to watch other people blaze trails all over America on all kinds of imaginative bikes set up for pure exploration and adventure. Thanks for sharing your experiences with the rest of us. Happy Trails, Ride Safe....
I was thinking about racing with y’all on my fat bike too. But found out it’s on the same day as a race I’m doing up it north Georgia called Reclaimed! It’s a 6/3 hour race up at Cloudland Canyon State Park on July 24th 2021 So good luck on your up coming races with your fat bike!!
I did a triathlon called the Harpeth Hustle here in Middle Tennessee along the Harpeth River. 7 mile kayak, 3 mile run, and 11 mile bike ride. The bike part was all on pavement but the only bike I had at the time was a fat bike. The bike part was much slower than all those road bikes but I was just there to do it, not set any speed records. I have that video on my channel somewhere if you get bored. Love the Videos!
I wanted to follow up; I watched your Harpeth Hustle video. I enjoyed the race! I'm not too far and I would certainly consider racing that some day. I really enjoy kayaking and used to go on trail runs often! - Eddie
