I heard on the black network on the radio, talking about we can drink coffee at least three times a day,don't believe that, especially if you are an older female, please don't drink coffee that many times a day, I spent two years of my School year in Vocational School learning Nurses aid,and was taught by a R.N.,She said coffee robs a female of their calcium,you need that women when you get older,Men have problem to,but not as much as a older women will have,They say coffee is good,for the cardiovascular system,they forgot it's good,for the liver also.
