so Disney is on bored with the whole gender equality thing. so when will we get another movie focused on a prince instead of princess. there is the lion king and really no other movie.
alexCCHander I think he transposed this to an A4 if my ears aren't lying to me, which is the same as the last note in Santa Fe, but is 3 whole-steps above the written note.
Sweet Baby Jesus, I never thought I would hear someone other than Idina kill this song. And then Mr. Jeremy Perfect Jordan comes along and blows me away.
Casen Watson "Natural" just means the pitch is not lowered (flatted), or raised (sharp). Typically a tenor range is C3 (one octave below middle C) to C5 (the octave above middle C.) . The top note Jeremy sings here on "here I'll stand and here I'll stay" and the final "let the storm rage on" is an A4 but I've heard him use C-sharp 5 / d-flat 5 without much trouble.
Casen Watson Keep working but strive to develop technique in the MIDDLE of your range and sing beautifully there rather than striving to see how high or low you can go. If your technique is solid, the extremes in your register will be there for you when you need them.
Let it go comes on the radio and I'm like, "TURN IT OFF!!!!!!!!" Jeremy Jordan starts singing it and I'm like, " OMG TURN IT UP!!!!" "EVERYBODY SHUT UP!!"
I honestly think he sounded amazing on this song and in this video! His attitude and adorable Jeremy self made this officially my favorite video on RU-vid!!
I can honestly say that in all of the dramatic hours that I've spent watching/listening to this man, I've never felt an ounce of jealously. He's just awesome, God bless him. :)
damien dark Woah they may be desperate in the movies. But in the TV show world they're rocking it. Their actors are all REALLY GOOD at singing. Some of them can't but most of them can. I'm really excited.
ThatNerdJonathan but it's a superhero movie. I'm sure the OG DC comics fans such as myself are not gunna appreciate seeing their favorite DC hero's singing like this is a bad episode of GLEE (IRONY WAS MENT HERE) yes I love musicals I know these ppl can sing considering have of the cast has literally been on Glee. but this is DC... DC... MY GOD THERE IS NO EXCUSE.
I have no idea how he manages to be so overtly and intentionally hilarious and still keep enough of a straight face to nail the vocals like that... The goofball is real with this guy... XD (On another note though, as someone who also sings, I feel that moment where he's untucking his shirt because 'it's in his way'... I have lost count of how many times I've had a singing lesson where any and all accessories just get tossed along the way because distracting/annoying/in my way... Same for concerts, I'll get all decked out and ready, and in the last few minutes before I have to go on, half of the embellishments vanish for the same reasons... XD Comfort is key, guys, when you get that focused and into the music performance..... XD)
I know we’re all saying that we want Jeremy Jordan to be the next Disney Princess, but consider - Jeremy Jordan as the next Prince-ess. Kind of a dumb term, I know, but it’s basically a prince that plays the same role as a Princess in the classic Disney movies, like a genderswapped Snow White, Aurora, or Cinderella. This allows for either a female heroine, or for Disney to step up and finally give us that gay Disney couple we’ve always wanted.
I’m just obsessing about how this is the “high key” when I know he can sing even higher and I don’t even have the range to sing this song in any key. NOT ONE SINGLE KEY!! WHAT DID GOD THINK!? Was he like “I NEED A PERFECT PERSON”!? And there are still people trying to tell me perfection isn’t real!? This guy is EVERYTHING and his relationship is just the most adorable love story EVER
You know his voice is magic when you heard it for the first time on Saturday at newsies and you've been sitting in your bed all day and night listening to every single JEREMY video there is, and then trying to watch somthing else but you can't so you go back to the beautiful voice that is his😍
I hope someone reads this. I have a dream of one day sharing my voice with the world. I recently made a Jeremy Jordan cover and I would love to get some feed back on it. It would really mean a lot
