I remember stumbling to this song a few years ago when I was still in college. Now that I'm in another chapter of my life, this song still brings peace to my mind and ears . I only wished artists like him would get the recognition they deserve.

I heard this on chuck season 4 but I've only just managed to find the full song. AWESOME!!!

someone i barely knew recommended this song to me a few years ago and i marked it as one of my thousand bookmarks. now searching through them and rediscovering it, i wonder what he is doing and how he has been. wow i'm kinda amazed by myself that i still remember this connection and how much it meant to me eventhough today i am not able to even recall his name... gives me a little hope that those little memories of details can find a way back to you, mixed with feelings of melancholy & grief bc so many people that once gave you inspiration and things to think deeply about just fade into oblivion because for no particular reason you didn't keep in touch with them, as if your livepaths were meant to part. anyway still a beautiful song, made my day. i hope you are okay wherever you are.

I bought IWFYITD and this song (which I am so happy Chuck brought to my attention) at the same time, so I ended up listening to them back-to-back a couple times. Yes, they do sound somewhat similar. No, that most definitely does not change how much I love this song.

The fact that this got any thumbs down at all once again causes me to lose all faith in humanity. I remember years ago when I first discovered Jeremy Messersmith - I couldn't believe how talented he was and I was shocked that he wasn't already a household name. But instead of real musicians and songwriters being at the forefront of the music industry - being held in high regard by the public - instead we get hacks. You gotta sift thru the BS to find the gold. Jeremy Messersmith is the real deal.
