everyday I tell myself I want to die or I tell myself I hate myself or I have trouble sleeping but honestly here people might just call me fake depressed. :/ everyday at school, its not a big deal but i either scratch myself with a pencil or stab myself but I make sure nobody notices. i feel so numb, but i'm not sure if its depression.. i have 2 therapists but no help so far. i'm so used to fake smiling. So they can't say anything unless they actually pay attention and care. If some parents really want to understand what we are going through and show they care, they need to pay more attention to us and try to understand what we are going through.
