Some jerk in what I'm guessing is a company truck decided he didn't want to go the speed limit. I saw him coming in my mirrors and knew he was going to try and pass.
I didn't think he would be stupid enough to do it in an unsafe area.
I could see the top of the oncoming car's windshield from where I was. He couldn't.
