yves originally debuted in the twelve membered group LOONA (2018) but they had complications w their previous company, so the members filed a lawsuit against the company and left last year! since then all 12 of them debuted. yves (pronounced as eve) as a soloist, this is her first project under ppm. chuu as a soloist and two five membered groups ARTMS & Loossemble LOONA makes amazing music but if u want to check out their old projects then pls do it w podcasts&boycott versions (bc the fandom were and still is boycotting their old company)
hope you react to ARTMS - virtual angel (coming out tonight) too since you've checked out yves. yves, artms, loossemble and chuu are all from a group called Loona who had to separate due to issues with their previous company but they're all currently making music after signing to different agencies.
yves is pronounced like "eve" lol! this is actually her debut as a solo artist, she first debuted as a member of the 12-member group LOONA like another commenter said, which is no longer formally a group due to the members suing & leaving their former company for various reasons, but they've all re-debuted now under different labels. yves went solo as did another member, chuu, & the other 10 members split into 2 different groups, LOOSSEMBLE & ARTMS! while they're not performing as a group anymore (for now?) they still see LOONA as not having really disbanded. I would tell you to check out yves's LOONA-era songs, including solos she did as a LOONA member, but fans have been boycotting their songs so as to not give money to their old company. it's been almost 2 years now(?) since they left their former company but i still hesitate to recommend watching their old stuff 😭 but umm definitely check out chuu, artms, & loossemble if you're interested!
