@@aniyilator this is what i love a lot about Jerma, Vinny got sort of boring over the years, no more comfy streams like the Super Mario RPG or Goldeneye 64 or Turok 1-2 streams, MGS streams, the Legend of Zelda 2 streams, Silent Hill 2 and the rest.. Vinny used to be so good but lately he's very stale meanwhile every Jerma stream is mostly a banger

@@JacobKinsleyIt's because it's Unity and they're trying to do photorealism. Unity is a decent engine but the renderer is awful and lacks a lot of optimization features. This game would unironically run faster in UE5 without nanite/lumen/etc.
@@cheyannei5983as someone who's been roped into unity I want to disagree with you really bad, but you're absolutely right. Unity's renderer is archaic and ridiculous, requiring an unoptimized game object for each and every mesh, on top of being slow like you said. It consumes way too many GPU cycles, as the instancing is incredibly limited, and a shit ton of CPU because of all the game objects and the shitty batcher. I was unironically considering making my own engine from scratch it's so bad. I ended up finding a library for a custom GPU instancing renderer though, so I guess I'm sticking with it for now. For a game like this, you're absolutely right, they should have just used unreal engine, it's simply unmatched.

The last time I stepped in dog shit was about a couple months ago in October. The leaves had all mostly fallen down, and they started decomposing so everything was pretty much a shade of brown. I was walking my dog on the same path we always went on, and I was being very careful as per usual to avoid all of the dog poop that people just leave out bc they're assholes. Much to my dismay, when I stepped onto a certain clump of leaves, my crocs squished like halfway into a wet, soppy, leaf-covered glop of rank dog turds.
What's especially funny to me is that Connor is in Japan, and talking loudly on the train is kind of a social faux pas over there, so he had extra balls to pull that stunt over there. (Though he wasn't talking too loud, and it might be different on bullet trains if you have your own compartment)

i actually really like how this vod doesnt have the chat visible. i hate seeing the chat. i like when he reads selective messages but otherwise, i dont need to see what these freaks are saying

You don't get it UNTIL you use a bidet. Bidets I've used you can adjust the pressure so its not "spraying everywhere". Its more like one straight stream anyways. I've found you use less toilet paper too.
Being entirely fair, I have a sentimental fridge that belonged to my dad in college, ended up being my mother's classroom fridge, and now I'm figuring out what I want to do with it.
It usually takes a few hours after release for the chat to appear. But it has been missing from quite a few streams I've been watching recently for whatever reason
Chat Replay isn't broken, I forgot to add it. I was having a ton of issues with RU-vid last night where I had to reupload the VOD several times. I added chat to a few of the failed attempts but forgot to add it to the one that worked. Sorry about that, it should be working now.

If not, one stream I've always wanted the chat for was the Jerma/Etalyx Local-coop games streams but it never seemed to get chat replay.
