Mental health is a real thing. It's something you never think you may go through but when it happens it takes you to a drak place. When you are able to recognize it and work at getting the help you see life an entire different way. Takes a strong person to speak out and admit it. Love & respect. ❤❤❤❤
I’m Mexican and a die hard Canelo fan but this brings smile to my face I’m glad he’s doing much better, mental health is real and I wish he comes back strong for him and his family . At the end of the day we are all humans and bleed the same color .

In my experience once you plunge to a deep crevasse of depression and you’re fortunate enough to make it out…you’re never really ever “okay” again…some days are easier than others to get thru but that’s about it…especially when you know that you were holding on by a thread and the kinds of things you were willing to do just to have a little bit of peace (sometimes permanent peace)…I ask the universe to put hands on and guide those who are lost in the maze of Anxiety/Depression/PTSD not many make it out and I’m currently wandering my own maze so ironically this doubles as a cry out for help and a testament to those who don’t know that you CAN AND WILL make it and better days are on the horizon just find the purpose and hold on…even tho I don’t know you I love you…I pray that these words reach those searching for clarity and understanding 💯
Glad he’s coming to terms with his mental state. We all have some sort of mental illness. Just some do better dealing with it than others. Having ptsd from being a combat veteran it takes time for you to deal and understand it. I’ve been dealing with this for two decades, and still keep going forward. Just glad he’s doing well and took the time to take care of it. God bless him

I'm glad Jermall is back and his mental health looks good. But being off the ring for 2 1/2 years is something crazy, and to return and fight a guy like Jose Benavidez that is a big risk. I think no matter how much you train after being on a long lay off like this can affect your stamina in a such a big way, hence i think he might lose this fight because he will gas out after the 5th-6th round and Jose will take over from there. That stat was incorrect Brian. Terence Crawford has held the WBO Welterweight title since June of 2018 and Dmitry Bivol and Artur Beterbiev held the WBA Light Heavyweight and IBF Light heavyweight titles since 2017. I still love the show though.

Jermall is the third or fourth current boxer that have mentioned fighting UFC fighters. Of course, it will be in boxing, but I think there are cross sport fights that are about to occur in Saudi.
