JEROME, AZ-Motorcycle Ride, Town Tour & Camping 

I recently bought a 2006 FJR1300 from a friend of mine who lives in Tempe. I rode it up 87 to Payson, then 260 to 17, and through Sedona to Flagstaff. I stayed the night in Flagstaff. Then i took 89A all the way down almost to Congress. I went back up 89A and went all the way to Camp Verde before heading back to Phoenix on 17. All of the roads i mentioned, especially 89A, are absolutely amazing. I'll never forget it. Btw, i rolled through that stop sign as well. No bike ever stops all the for it. It's at the top of a hill and a pain in the butt for bikes behind you if you stop.

Talk about different mentalities from over there to here in Sweden.. If you run a stop sign they take your license and give you a big ticket, if you drive without a helmet the give you a ticket and no driving away, if you carry a weapon they put you in prison for two years atleast. We cant even carry a pocketknife.. :( But what seems a bit strange to me is carry a gun for protection but not using a helmet when driving a motorcycle.. ;) Anyway nice to see this channel..

Your buddies Cabelas Out Back Lodge appears to be an 8 x 8 tent, I have the 10 X 10 and would give anything for the 8 x 8 which they quit making, if he stops camping tell him I will buy it... LOL. Really enjoy your travels!

jerome is one of my favorite towns, & the ride to it from prescott (where we stay in the summer) is fun, especially during the week with little traffic. thanks for the video!

Holy carp!! I am not sure what surprises me most. The fact that Buck is open carrying a P89 or the cool cop was just completely nonchalant about it. I live in a constitutional carry state but other states make me nervous when I travel through them. in re carry laws...

That cop that pulled you over is a liar and a thief. I've dealt with him before. They police for-profit there in Jerome. It's a revenue scam. It's highway robbery is what it is.

My cousin's only ticket came from not putting both feet on the ground at a stop sign. But it was North Dakota after all.

Okay this is BS! THAT pull out over look is MILES OUT OF JEROME! HELL I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I HAVE RIDDEN THIS RODE THOUSANDS OF TIMES AND AS DROVE DUMP TRUCKS LAYING ASPHALT ON THAT VERY CURVY DANGEROUS ROAD! IN FACT A FLAGGER GOT KILLED DURING THAT REPAVING PERIOD

Cop was a total jackass in the beginning but he became reasonable later on. Sometimes it helps to be nice to the Cops.
