Did I hear you say something about being able to stay out until it started raining? I thought about that and then I realized, "Well of course you guys would go in if it rains. You sure wouldn't want to get wet." Hahaha. Seriously, I loved this video. Often times the camera doesn't give the sensation of speed but you guys KILLED it! These Kawis are seriously fast! I get to watch this on a giant screen 4G TV with the sound turned up and it's the next best thing to actually being there. Thanks so much for the ride along.

Awesome! Thanks for the comment! I try to upload everything in 4k when possible for that exact reason! When I wear my helmet and mast the rain is no bother- but without the water droplets hit you in the face very hard! I am one of those people that does not mind getting wet on the ski at all. I have dozens of videos like this one of ocean rides- really appreciate your comment as my goal was to provide quality POV shots that were immersive!

620 + hp for both w supercharger whine symphony that sounds like no other, really enjoyed this one JD, thanks for sharing… Reminds me of this weekend at the ramp where I ran into a guy breaking in a new 310x and we chatted for a good hour, it’s a small fraternity here of these incredible machines!

The LX is pobably slower as it does not have the ride plate or cpu work? Do you think the shield over the display on LX gives any shelter?

I love your videos. Hoping to purchase 2023 Ultra LX in a couple of weeks. Waiting for them to in crate the ski. Question(s) are there any items I should point out to dealership/ service to make sure it’s assembled well? My point being last year sea doo had tremendous issues so people made a top ten list to double check before driving off the lot

My ski was missing one small decal on the back of the passenger seat when I got it from the dealership- that was it…they mailed it to me about a week after. Just be meticulous and check everything…the compartment latches, the LCD display, all the buttons and controls, make sure the traction mats are straight, and nothing looks wonky. The Kawasaki quality control tends to be better than C-Due and Yam-aha especially post pandemic.

Hi Jd I have a question, totally unrelated to this video. A while ago ou did a vid on changing the exhaust honey comb every 50 hrs. I had no idea so I went to change mine. It's gone !/ So is it out in the ocean////or still in my ski some where. What is my next course of action? Thanks

Strange because the new 310s have a peg that’s supposed to prevent the filter from going down into the waterbox…So the filter way be stuck in the waterbox , or it may have worked it’s way out..I’ve heard of both scenarios. If you find decreased performance and higher running temps the filter element might be wedged somewhere.

In the water my boost fluctuates. I can't get above 55 mph. I get a weird hesitation. In Fpm..the rpms won't go above 6k. I thought it was an article in my prop...and it was. So I went fast for a while. But again I'm at 55 or less. How do I remove the water box. Any vids on that. Thanks for the help. I'm going to Miami in a week and need this fixed.

Yeah sounds like the filter element is obstructing your exhaust flow..well it’s a real pain..you will have to remove the upper exhaust pipe and likely the intercooler and then check both waterboxes and the hoses to see if the filter is wedged in there somewhere

Well you know that’s a loaded question..but we have found that conservative throttling and Medium Power mode provides about an 80 mile safe range. I usually run about 5 hours on average. If I want to be out on the water more than that, I usually take the boat.

Go gators! I currently just use an old GLX motorcross helmet. I have a few different ones though

If you put the chin guard in first most helmets will fit in the front storage area. It only fits that one way to get it into the opening try it! Nice video
