Bro, u are preaching 🙌 right now. I had to watch this video 3 times. I been saying this for years about Jerry Jones. Getting the spotlight has always been more important to Jerry than winning. I been a loyal cowboys fan for 30 years now Jerry Jones and his meddling and bad decision making and bad coaching hires and fires had set this franchise back for years. I was very upset we didn't win that 49ers game and disappointed in Dak but me being a fan for a long time knows what's been the real problem in Dallas and it been going on since Dak was in pampers. I'm so sick of all these Dak hating cowboys fans like that never saw Romo throw those terrible game losing ints that used to cost us all those win and you are in games during all those 8-8 seasons but all they know is Dak is leading the league in ints. As long as the top doesn't change and just step a side and hire real football guys or a real gm that can build another championship team in Dallas we will never win. If him seeing the Eagles once again back in the super bowl for the 2nd time in 6 years while Dallas hasn't even been to a nfc championship game in 27 years if that doesn't change his way of running this team then nothing will. We sat and watched too many teams over the last 10 years go from worst to mediocre to SB champion all in 3 years because their organization got tired of losing and did whatever it took to win a championship and didn't care about no salary cap or our QB is making too much money or we can't trade our high draft picks so we can trade for players we know thats is good but we going continue to do things our way and build this team though the draft and just forget about signing these big name free agents and just go shopping at the free agent thrift store to get those cheap washed up players who been sitting home for months that's not going get us over the hump in the playoffs when it matters.
Kermit White I 200% agree with everything you said. The part you said about Jerry Jones holding the team back is the main reason why the Cowboys has been stuck in mediocrity. Him firing Jimmy Johnson was the start of the Cowboys downfall and not hiring a real GM and football personnel. He has wasted 30 years of the Cowboys chances of winning a Super Bowl by trying to being involved in everything, trying to proved he knows how to run a NFL team so he can the credit but it has fail. That's why I haven't bought any Cowboys gear since 2017 and I never will and it's hurts because I'm been a life long Cowboys fan since 1970 71. They have to another Super Bowl for me to start buying Cowboys gears again or I never will.
