My Uncle has missed 5 games of watching the Dallas Cowboys since 1960, the beginning years of the Cowboys. I watch every opening season game with him. This is the first year he said to me that he did not have any faith in his Cowboys. He is 91 years old and has never been as down on the Cowboys as he was to start this year.

I have been a Cowboy fan since they began in 1960 (okay I was only seven then), but by 1963 was a fan. When we won back to back Super Bowls with Aikman, Emmitt Smith, and Michael Irvin and Jerry Jones fired our head coach Jimmy Johnson a couple of weeks later (because Jerry thought Coach Johnson was getting more credit for the back to back Super Bowls than he was), I knew we were screwed. Now Jerry Jones, a Trump supporter, is just like Trump. He only wants to surround himself with YES MEN. And we have all seen how that has turned out for the last 30 years now. Pretty hard to fire the owner though. LOL

Everyone is calling for Jerry Jones, to fire himself as GM and step down as President. The GM thing okay I will agree, Jerry sitting in his office signing checks not doing interviews I agree, but for him to step down as President of the Cowboy's would be a disaster because Stephen would be in charge a man who stated I would rather be continually playoff good and hope we get lucky enough to make it to the super bowl, instead of going all in and spending many years rebuilding and has also stated when he gets the reigns of the team they are going to be even more conservative than they are now!? WTF!? how can you be more conservative we got no one in Free Agency (to replace what we lost) spending money on bargain basement players.
