If any Superman villain were to team up with Newman, I think Toyman would be a better fit. They're sort of kindred spirits, in a "Demented, childlike loner whom most people keep their distance from" kind of way.
Jerry stop she is only 17 🗣️🗣️🗣️ EDIT: I love making this comment because of the people getting pissed at me. Guys idc what Jerry did, as long as he did not diddle kids (illegally), yea it’s gross but whatever, still legal.
I like the chemistry between Jerry and Superman. It's like what if he has a comedic sidekick who has no powers, but still contributes to saving the day
@@helixsol7171Jimmy Olsen is a Superman character, the dynamic the other person described fits into Jimmy Olsen. What he meant was basically "this dynamic actually exists in Superman stories, it's just rarely well represented'
Okay that... that look he gives at the end is hilarious and an expression I literally never expected Superman to make. But it's 100% an expression I would expect Patrick Warburton to make and love it.
C.T. Warren Well, if you watched the entire series, you'd notice that Jerry, being a big fan of Superman, dresses with the colours red, yellow and blue visible on his person in any pattern, shape or form in each episode.
Gameflyer001 I know all that, dude. I read SeinLanguage, too. Just the idea of Jerry strolling through downtown with him, and without the Clark Kent disguise, is a little crazy!
Cooler than Roger Rabbit! These commercials were so dam clever, such a great shtick. When they first aired I remember how rare and incredibly kick ass it was to see Superman the comic book actually move and come to life!!
....you literally never experienced the nineties though. The only thing you can have nostalgia for is huggies or pampers. Your nostalgia period can only be the mid 2000's. Youre the generation of miley cyrus, highschool musical, and other terrible shit like that
Exactly, it frustrates me too. It would have been hilarious if he had say, written and starred in a buddy cop movie. But I guess he was only ever interested in stand up
I’m picturing Supes telling the League he met Jerry Flash is friendvious, and Wondy’s like “Eh, I like Elaine better” then Flash and her start getting into it. And from then on you just hear them bickering about the show every so often. F: How DARE you! W: What? It’s predictable! F: How is it predictable? W: George whines about something mundane, Jerry throws in his two cents, Elaine mediates - that’s the main plot. And Kramer slides into a door! F: That is REDUCTIVE - he slides THROUGH the door! Bats looks at Supes S: This is between THEM, I did nothing wrong.
Seinfeld was ahead of its time. They wrote him to be a big comic book fan with the DC references which at that time is usually reserved to geek or nerd stereotypes.
