Ha that one car was a full car length behind the white line. I think about you when I pull up to lines now but some there is ZERO way to turn right on red if we don’t go a full car length OVER the line because you can’t see the traffic crazy but true
I honestly don't even try to take a right on red because of how bad red light runners are here, and how frequently people change lanes and whip around in intersections.
@@MysteryOfTheShockwave I hear you! Guess I ‘worry’ getting honked at but I will do my best to see all obstacles or the crazies that happen so often, especially the red light runners
@@seabreeze7378 I mean, what all can they do? You're following the law and being safe. You're not required to go on a red light. If someone is in that much of a rush, they should have left earlier.
One time i sat at a red light for 15 minutes and it skipped our cycle like 3 times (its a long light anyway). After it not turning the 4th time i said screw it and went to another lane with the green. Turns out the person in front was a full car length behind the white line and didn't trigger the sensor to turn the light green.... smh.
People do that ALL the time around here. It makes me mad cause I'm the one stuck behind them waiting to turn right, while they're like 10' behind the stop line...
The first thing-we do this back home all the time behind people that are turning left…I try not to because I know it’s illegal but I’m not gonna say I haven’t
If there is enough pavement on the right it is legal. I’ve researched this in a lot of states extensively. I bet if you look up your state driving laws it is legal when it’s safe.
@@BoneFromTheDale I don’t like doing it in general, but sometimes if you don’t the people behind you will honk but shit like that doesn’t bother me in the least haha they can honk all day long
Joey; the Worst Drivers are in Florida. On the entire stretch of 1-95 the most Accidents happen at between Dade County Line going into Broward County… compared to all Accidents on 1-95. Stay safe & joyous Joey. Sending💕💕💕💕
@@Servergmr go look it up if you don’t believe me. It’s stated in every states laws that it’s legal when a car is turning left and there is enough pavement to do so safely. I couldn’t find a state it wasn’t legal in.
I pass a few intersections with stop signs on a daily basis, and 90% of the cars don't bother with complete stops. Had a school bus stop, sign out, other side of the street. Car in front of me stopped, I stopped. Car in lane next to us on right just kept going. Thankfully the kid being dropped off was on the other side.
When a vehicle is turning left, I always go around on the right. That's just one of the unwritten rules of the road. Left turning vehicles pull as close to the yellow line as possible to give the traffic behind room to proceed. Would never do that with a big truck though.
Honestly man, we need to start by criticizing the ones who pass these people to get a license. As long as you pay them and don't do something stupid with them in the vehicle during the test, they'll pass anyone anymore
